Bianca fixed up her eyeliner and pulled her hair to one side. She was excited to be hanging out with Drew for the first time in a while. She missed him. She missed his laugh, his smile, everything about him. It was pretty nice out so she pulled on a pair of shorts and a cute top with some sandals….

Drew paced around his house, waiting for Bianca to arrive. Yes, he was nervous. He hadn’t hung out with Bianca in awhile. At least just him and Bianca. He missed her, a lot. He still wasn’t over their break up. How could he be? He waited for her to show when he heard the screen door slide open. Bianca always came in that way, he missed seeing her come in through that door. “Hey there.” He said as he joined in on the hug. He didn’t want to let her go. He pulled back then gave her a smile. “How’ve you been?” He asked, just to start their conversation. He still wondered why she cam over out of no where. He didn’t mind though, not at all.

She nodded and sat down on his couch. “I’ve been good. I’m really glad we’re talking again.” She flashed her signature smile and folded her hands on her lap, looking over at him. “You?” She felt a bucket load of emotions right when she walked through the door. She still had feelings for him even though he broke her heart. She wanted to do whatever she could to keep him safe, even if that meant hanging around Vince. Everything that had happened in those two months was all her fault and she wanted to make it right. He meant a lot to her and she didn’t want the gangs or Vince torturing him anymore, so she spent most of her time In the Ravine with Vince when she wasn’t at school or at dance.

Drew walked over to Bianca and sat down beside her on the couch. He still liked her, a lot. He loved her actually. He looked down at his hands and then back up at Bianca. “I’ve been…okay. Things have been hectic. I still feel like he’s watching me..or someones talking about it..or.” Drew was freaking himself out right now. He needed to let that leave his mind for just a second and focus on Bianca. I’m glad you’re here, actually..I was sort of wishing you’d come.” he said, a sly smile coming over his face when he said that.

She blushed and looked down. “You were?” she smiled and looked up at him. She tucked her hair behind her ear. “I’m happy to hear you say that, Drew. And…they shouldn’t be bothering you anymore…Vince promised he wouldn’t.” she didn’t like him being scared like this. Vince told her that if she stuck around, he’d back off for good and so she did. She was with him almost everyday and she hated it but she would do whatever it took to keep him away from Drew.

Drew looked down at his hands and scooted a little closer to Bianca on the couch. “Are..Are you sure? What did you do to keep them away?” Drew was curious. He didn’t think that they’d back off that easily. He looked up at Bianca, into her dark brown eyes. “I’ve missed your eyes.” He said softly, giving her a warm smile. He just missed being with her, that’s all.

She swallowed hard and shook her head. “Uh..nothing too serious.” She bit her lip and lied to him. If she told him what had really been going on, he could get hurt again. She smiled and looked into his blue eyes. “I’ve missed yours too. I could get lost in them.” She looked down and played with her hands. “Um..so..”

“Are you sure?” Drew asked nervously, then shook his head. He didn’t want to start anything right now. “As long as you’re okay..” Drew said softly, then looked back up at Bianca, smiling at her comment about his eyes. His heart skipped a beat for a second there. He was realizing how much he really has missed her. “So..uh..” Drew said, he saw that their hands were sort of close together. He moved his hands onto hers and slid his fingers in between her’s, slightly holding her hand. He smiled and looked back up at.

She smiled back at him and leaned her head against his shoulder. “You know, I really have missed this, Drew. Even if we did have to sneak around, I missed nights like these.” She looked at him and took everything in. She’d cried over him for 2 weeks after the break up. Right when she was going to tell him how she really felt. She was leaving school that day to go tell him that she loved him and she never got the chance. She took a deep breath and kissed him softly on the lips. “Drew..I love you..”

Drew bit down on his lip as he heard the words come out of Bianca mouth. He all of a sudden felt Bianca’s lips press against his. He was in shock, he wanted that though. “I love you too, Bianca.” Drew had been dying to say that to her. He pulled her back to him, kissing her back softly. He missed her so much, and he wanted her back. Back as his girlfriend.

She wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him back, smiling against his lips. “I’m so happy to hear you say that, Drew.” She smiled at him and blushed. “I know you missed me and stuff, but I didn’t think that you still…had feelings for me like that. I just thought that after the whole gang thing…that you wouldn’t wanna be with me anymore and when we were broken up…I thought you got over me.”

Drew smiled and wrapped his arms around Bianca’s hips. “How could I get over you? Of course I didn’t.” He said, smiling brightly at her. He hadn’t been this happy in a very long time. He was glad that she loved him, and he loved her. “I thought that, my life would be better if I broke up with you…I was wrong, very wrong. I need you.”

She took a deep breath. “I was lost without you, Drew. I did some things I really regret and I just want to make things right.” She did things with Vince she wasn’t proud of but wasn’t yet ready to tell Drew about that.  She tucked her hair behind her ear and looked down. “So…are we…gonna get back together…?”

Drew thought for a second, then smiled at Bianca. “We could..we could try again. Yes.” Drew said, still holding onto Bianca. He pushed a strand of her hair out of her face so he could see her eyes better. He couldn’t be any happier at the moment now. He had Bianca back.

She chuckled and put her hands on his cheeks to kiss him. She pulled away and hugged him around his waist, resting her head on his chest. “I get to call you mine again.” She felt like the happiest girl in the world. Drew was the best thing that had happened to her and she felt like everything good in her life was ripped away when he left her. Now that she had him back again, she felt like anything was possible.

Drew couldn’t explain how happy he was right now. He had his girl back. He looked down at her, her head placed on his chest. He smiled and held onto her tighter. “It’ll be different this time..I promise.” Drew whispered in her ear softly as he held her close to him, Finally happy again.
